How We Do It
We inspect the structural stability of your chimney stack and flashing from scaffolding. We rake out damaged mortar and replace loose bricks where necessary. We install fresh lead flashing and step flashings to seal the joint between roof and stack. We apply a waterproof sealant or cap pots if required to prevent future water ingress.
What to Expect
Most chimney repairs and repointing jobs are completed within 1 to 2 days.
